Chuck began his career as an academic advisor, and then as a student development technology partner. He’s scaled those interests at Civitas Learning, where he now supports colleges and universities across the country with strategy development and training.

Lori McNabb, Ph.D. is the Manager of Training and Enablement at Civitas Learning. In that role, she coordinates a team that designs and supports institutions’ efforts to integrate analytic and workflow technologies into the day-to-day life of every member of an institution’s community.
Senior Training and Enablement Consultant
Nova Davidson is a Senior Training and Enablement Consultant at Civitas Learning. In her role at Civitas, she works with institutional leadership on student success initiatives and best practices to communicate and retain at-risk student populations, including methods to proactively intervene with these students in positive, effective ways.
Senior Product Manager
Monica is a former academic advisor and perpetual education technology enthusiast. Currently our holistic advising product manager, she has spent her career focused on digging into the key problems facing higher education professionals and how software can help solve them.
