Civitas Learning is committed to ensuring an accessible and intuitive experience for all users, regardless of their ability. We are committed to Level AA Conformance for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.0 published by World Wide Web Consortium and we are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our applications.
All Civitas Learning products are built using the most modern HTML and CSS technologies. We seek to adopt policies and procedures to ensure that all new, newly added, or modified content and functionality of our applications is accessible to people with disabilities.
Civitas Learning designers and developers engage in training, conferences and projects related to accessibility that both educate and improve the accessibility of our products as they are being developed.
We utilize the latest tools and techniques to evaluate our products, and proactively seek to identify and address any potential accessibility issues. Additionally, we leverage third-party accessibility consultants to review our platform and products.
We are able to provide Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates (VPATs) that administrators and other decision-makers can use to evaluate conformance with accessibility standards.
