Chief Executive Officer
An accomplished technology company executive and engineering leader who first joined Civitas Learning as chief technology officer in 2020, Will has more than twenty years of experience managing large technical and engineering and teams and supporting customer success for enterprise technology customers.
Meredith Baker
Chief Revenue Officer
As leader of our Sales and Customer Development teams, Meredith brings extensive Ed-Tech experience. From Publishing & SaaS to the OPM space, she understands the complex challenges Higher Education faces. Meredith oversees our commercial strategy and supports customer strategic enablement, training, and growth of Civitas Learning products.
Devin Dunn
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Devin brings over a decade of experience in corporate finance, M&A, fundraising, and investing. Throughout his career, he has worked with software companies of various sizes and stages to drive growth, insight, and results through finance and accounting.
Megan Yelle
General Counsel/Head of HR
As General Counsel and Head of HR, Megan is responsible for legal and people operations. Bringing experience from both the corporate world and as a class action litigator to her work at Civitas Learning, she seeks creative solutions to contracting, intellectual property, data privacy, recruiting, employee retention, and compliance matters.
