At Civitas Learning, we’re always looking for ways to make student success tools more accessible and intuitive. That’s why we’re excited to introduce one of our latest innovations—Canvas LTI Integration.

This new feature enables colleges and universities to integrate Civitas Learning advising functionality directly within the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS), providing a seamless user experience for faculty and advisors.

How Does It Work?

With the Canvas LTI integration, faculty and staff can now access key Civitas Learning features without leaving the familiar Canvas environment. Once the integration is enabled, users will notice new options added to their Canvas interface, like early alerts, notes, and communications.

Here’s how it works:

  • Users can create, manage, and view alerts for students directly in Canvas.
  • These alerts are fully synced with the Civitas Learning platform, maintaining the same lifecycle and workflow you’re used to.
