Chief Revenue Officer
As leader of our Sales and Customer Development teams, Meredith brings extensive Ed-Tech experience. From Publishing & SaaS to the OPM space, she understands the complex challenges Higher Education faces. Meredith oversees our commercial strategy and supports customer strategic enablement, training, and growth of Civitas Learning products.
Devin Dunn

Devin brings over a decade of experience in corporate finance, M&A, fundraising, and investing. Throughout his career, he has worked with software companies of various sizes and stages to drive growth, insight, and results through finance and accounting.
Emiliano Giacchetti
Chief Operating Officer
Emiliano leads our global customer support, training, deployments, customizations, and expert community teams. He joined Civitas Learning in 2021, bringing to the team 15+ years of cross-industry operational turnaround expertise and deep change management knowledge.
Greg Lamp
Chief Technology Officer
Greg has a proven track record in leading engineering teams and developing machine learning technologies in both startups and large corporations. Since joining Civitas in 2020, he has been pivotal in guiding the product and technology divisions, focusing on delivering impactful solutions for Civitas Learning’s customers.

Vice President of Marketing
Vanessa drives global go-to-market initiatives and campaigns to scale our software’s reach and community of practice. She focuses on strategies to deepen business impact and build market awareness.

General Counsel
As General Counsel and Head of HR, Megan is responsible for legal and people operations. Bringing experience from both the corporate world and as a class action litigator to her work at Civitas, she seeks creative solutions to contracting, intellectual property, data privacy, recruiting, employee retention, and compliance matters.
